The Vehicle Sales Agreement is a purchase agreement signed and stamped by our company that contains the terms and conditions of the transaction.
After receiving the purchase contract, the buyer must read it, sign it and send it back to us by email.

The vehicles can be delivered anywhere in Europe for a fee that varies between €250 and €600 depending on the buyer’s location. Please visit our Delivery Costs tab for an estimated price. If you cannot find your country in the table, please contact us for a quote. You arrange your delivery date with one of our delivery companies and about 5 working days later your new dream car will be on your doorstep.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
After delivery of the vehicle, the buyer can take advantage of our 21-day trial period to ensure that the vehicle matches the Autohaus Jenssen & Partner vehicle description. During this period, the buyer has the opportunity to accept or reject the vehicle.
Malfunction or damage to any part of the vehicle not described in the vehicle description at the time of purchase entitles the buyer to reject the vehicle and request a refund.
If the vehicle does not match the description, we will collect the vehicle ourselves at no cost to the buyer and refund the payment in full.
Vehicle information
The buyer expressly acknowledges that all vehicles have been previously checked by our team of experienced technicians to ensure that we have not missed anything. The vehicle information may consist of one or more types of information, each of which must be clearly identified as such on our platform in the vehicle description and photographs.
Autohaus Jenssen & Partner guarantees that for each vehicle offered for sale: the make, model and year of first registration are correct as listed:
the images displayed accurately reflect the general exterior and interior appearance of the vehicle at the time of sale;
Legal ownership of the vehicle will pass to the buyer upon payment for the vehicle;
the odometer reading of the vehicle at the time of the offer for sale is correct and not less than the odometer reading shown under the vehicle’s registration number in the latest VIN information available online or through the main dealer.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we will refund the purchase price and all buyer fees and applicable taxes.
